Refund policy

Amal Armani  is dedicated to providing our customers with the best service.

To return any item(s)  please email us at info@amalarmani.com with the following subject line: "REFUND - ORDER #12345678".

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email our Customer Service Department:

  • Your order number

  • Product name 

  • Reason for Refund

  • Photos or Video to understand the issue better

Conditions of Return :

  • In its original condition and original packaging so it can be resold ensure all tags are in place

Conditions where Items cannot be returned:

  • All intimate items such as undergarments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, we take safety and hygiene very seriously.

  • Item not in its original condition, damaged, or unable to resell

Our Team will assess each return carefully in order to assess whether the item can be resold or not

Once we have approved your return request , we will send you the return label for you to return the item back . In most cases we provide free return label but in some cases you will have to pay at your expense.
Once you receive the label from our team, please affix the printed  return label to the outside of the box and ship it back to us (drop at the relevant carrier based on the printed label).

Please make sure to provide tracking for your return item so we can track the item and once we have received your unwanted item back in our warehouse. 

You will receive the refund within 7-15 Business Days. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund.
