General

Orders

Once an Order has been placed, it cannot be modified, or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.  

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.  

Payments

You can make a purchase on our website using debit, credit card. We offer Visa , Master Card , American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal

Returns / Exchanges

We provide only Exchange in the form of Store Credit if the Exchange or Return is Approved. Before placing the order we suggest that you read our shipping and returns/exchange policy.  

Are Returns Free?

The Return is at your own expense. We will provide the shipping return address. For any questions please contact the support team.  

Return Policy

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, or the size, color or fitting is not right. Please contact us within the 7 days after receiving the item. We will let you know where to return the parcel. Please note the return is at the buyers expense.

Please return items within 7 days from the date you receive the parcel

Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. We will provide you the return address.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on cosmetics, jewellery , lingerie and swimwear, beauty products.

Conditions of Return

• Items must be unworn and unwashed.

• Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

• Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.

• Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Shoes must be tried on indoors.

• Items must have all tags attached. 

The return request is made within 7 days from the date you have received the item.. To request for a return, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.  

Shipping

We Ship Worldwide . We ship to Australia , New Zealand, Europe, Asia and United States, Canada, and Mexico.

 Shipments are reflected as RTO (returned to origin) under the following circumstances: - Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one being present at the given address - The address could not be found because either it was incomplete or the pin code was wrong - You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order Under these circumstances, our
customer support team would try to contact you on your registered phone number.
If there is no response on that number or it is not reachable, then the package
is returned to the origin.
  

ORDER PROCESSING

Please Allow 24 -48 hrs for Order Processing, Pending Product Availability and Payment Verification. You Will Receive an Automatic Confirmation Email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering, Please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Times do not account for the 1-2 Order Processing Window We do not ship orders on Weekends or Public Holidays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by our contracted postal service. Please provide us with the most up to date accurate and detailed shipping information with your phone number so that we can deliver your order successfully. Please note that we do not ship to P.O Box addresses .

We always endeavour to make sure that you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect / insufficient delivery information.
